To apply for United Cherokee
Foundation Inc. Membership |
Documentation needed

|
Make a picture, scan, camera, or copy of
your Tribal ID card, CNO or UKB, or UCN. If you do not have a CNO
blue card, UKB membership ID, or a UCN Citizenship card, then you must have
Documented proof of linage to a listed ancestor on the Dawes Rolls |
How and where to submit
|
|
Submit a copy, of the card
or copy of documentation either by email to the Office of the United Cherokee
Foundation Inc. email below, or you can mail hard copy to United Cherokee Foundation
Inc. 14013 N 524 Rd
Tahlequah, Ok. 74464 |
There must be approval by the Board.

Approval Required for Your Membership in the UNited
Cherokee Foundation Inc. applicants
with new documentation must be approved. Once you have done this, your
request will be reviewed by the Board of Directors, if approved added
to the list of members, this also adds you to the discussion list.
